The Cohen Quad, a 6000m2 extension of Exeter College's 700-year-old campus in Oxford, was designed by Alison Brooks Architects as a 21st-century reinvention of the collegiate quadrangle.

DPM were responsible for external and internal signage and way-finding, building dedications and donor recognition. Working within the architect’s established architectural palette the scheme uses traditional techniques combined with contemporary materials. Each signage archetype is sympathetically integrated into the space.

A titling typeface was drawn by typographer and stone cutter Nicholas Sloan, for use in the building dedications. The scheme also includes a machined anodised aluminium wall clock that sits above the Porters Lodge and 5-axis CNC machined brass floor level numerals.
